When you submit an enquiry, valuation request or callback request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and/or phone number, the vehicle you are interested in (or selling) and any message you include. We do not collect payment details through this website.
3. How we use your data
Your enquiry details are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide valuations, arrange viewings and complete sales. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis & retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your request) and, where applicable, in preparation for a contract. Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and then deleted.
